Meet Lexi, founder of Curiosity the Agency.

Ten years ago, Lexi took an internship at a small toy company called Feisty Pets and unknowingly stepped into the start of her marketing career. Her challenge was simple: take these feisty new toys and turn them into a viral sensation.

At the time, TikTok was just emerging, and Lexi led the company’s very first initiative on the platform. That summer, she created between 5–20 TikToks a day, testing, experimenting, and mastering the art and science of social media virality. Her efforts paid off — without any paid advertising, Feisty Pets became the #3 and #5 best-selling toys on Amazon Prime Day, powered solely by organic social media.

From there, Lexi began writing, filming, and directing story-driven YouTube episodes featuring the toys, growing the channel from 0 to over 450,000 subscribers in just two years.

That experience revealed a major gap in the market: incredible brands and business owners had amazing products but lacked the storytelling, content strategy, and creative consistency needed to thrive online.

Over the next several years, Lexi built and managed social media brands for dozens of companies and creators, helping them stand out in competitive markets while staying true to their vision. Her approach combines deep marketing strategy with creative direction, allowing brands to grow an engaged audience and convert that attention into meaningful results.

In 2025, she launched her own agency, blending her decade of hands-on marketing experience with the power and polish of an in-house creative team. Today, Lexi helps brands craft intentional, high-performing content and visual identities that not only capture attention but build trust and loyalty that lasts.
